Placed order with Express Shipping for a special event. The item received was not even close to what was ordered. I could not reach anyone by phone and email seems to a black hole. Now there is no gift for the special event!

Found the perfect picture for our new house. After we move I will definitely come back to this site for more pictures. Prices are pretty good to at 50% off.

I'm a furniture refinisher. I am working on a big coffee table/tickle trunk and wanted to give it a "man cave" vibe. I fell in love with a beautiful vintage map of Texas and decided to order it from Great Big Canvas to decoupage it onto my table. From start to finish, my experience has been terrific. They stay in touch, let you know when it's been shipped and give you a tracking number. My map arrived today and I am absolutely thrilled. Waiting to hear about my order. Tried calling, conveniently the phones are down, sent emails, no response. Item was supposed to ship on 9/13, it is 9/16 & there are no updates online as to when it will ship. I understand things take time but a little communication would be great since they had no issue charging me the moment the order was placed on Sept 5th!

Erica in customer service responded to my complaint that one of my landscape pictures literally came apart in the middle of the night as it was hanging on my wall. It appeared that the adhesive strip down the flaps on three sides was either defective or not applied consistently. Apparently, once one flap let go, because of the strain, the other two let go. She bent over backwards to provide a satisfactory solution and offered me a full store credit. I was very pleased with her professionalism and "the customer is always right" attitude.

Spent $1200.00 and got damaged frame , with very pool pixle quality. When I try to return the item they were only offering $600.00

Poor service, and garbage quality.

I purchased 3 pieces about 3 weeks ago and have not received any of them. I tried to call and get a message stating that their inbound phone service is down. I try to email and receive a generic troubleshooting guide that got me nowhere. I spent well over $1000 and can’t find out when I will receive any of the art that I purchased. I am beginning to think this is not a real company at all and that I got Ripped off.

The print is nice and the colors are rich...but my issue is with the frame. It has a chip/scratch on the front it which is an eye sore, especially for the price I paid for a 36x24 canvas to hang as a center piece in the living room.
